Saskia Van Breevoort

Saskia has over 25 years experience in organizational development consulting. She specializes in Leadership and Team Development and has worked extensively in both the public and private sector. Saskia’s educational background includes a diploma in Community Development and a degree in Organizational Development.  Saskia was accredited Insights Discovery facilitator in 1999, with additional qualifications in Self Aware Leader, Virtual Team Effectiveness and Coaching. She has shared the power of Insights Discovery with clients in a wide variety of businesses. Saskia has a passion for helping people, leaders, teams and organizations succeed. Clients value her creative energy, her facilitation, group development skills and her ability to collaboratively achieve practical results. 

In her spare time Saskia likes to mountain bike, kayak, snowshoe and do anything outdoors in nature that feeds her spirit. She also has a mixed media art business that nurtures her creative artsy side of her personality.

Bill Gould

Bill has over 25 years experience in various adult training and development roles in both private and not-for-profit sectors, including hospitality, health, manufacturing, leisure and finance. His passion for people has led him to a variety of working environments in and outside Canada. He was accredited in Insights Discovery in 1999, with additional qualifications in Team Effectiveness and Coaching. Bill has developed an expertise working with groups and individuals, helping them to make effective choices resulting in greater success. His patience, active listening and effective questioning invoke insight, empowering people to move forward in more productive and effective ways.

In his spare time Bill is committed to building his physical core strength to support his love for biking and skiing. Bill also participates in a choir group.
